A transcript is a document issued on behalf of the University which verifies the marks given to a student in respect of individual modules studies within a course. An Original transcript is automatically issued to all students (except those on short courses) at the end of your course without charge.

Detailed Description

The University can issue a replacement transcript at a cost of £12. Please note students who are on short courses should contact us BEFORE PAYMENT. Transcripts include:Name;Title and level of award;Modules studied;Results achieved by module;Credits awarded;Name of partner institution;Language of instruction (if other than English);Progress file;European Diploma Supplement Statement of credit; and are,Signed by the Academic Registrar; For further information, please contact [email protected] once you have made your payment, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you registered on the Eshop.  Your request will normally be processed within 2 weeks. Please note that delays can occur due to unforeseeable circumstances. Please note that NO TRANSCRIPT CAN BE ISSUED to students who have outstanding balances on University accounts.  If you are unsure about your account status, please check with Income Collection before making payment.
