An Original transcript is automatically issued to all students (except those on short courses) at the end of your course without charge.

Detailed Description

The University can issue a replacement transcript at a cost of £12. Please note students who are on short courses should contact us BEFORE PAYMENT.

Transcripts include:

Name;
Title and level of award;
Modules studied;
Results achieved by module;
Credits awarded;
Language of instruction (if other than English);
Progress file;
European Diploma Supplement Statement of credit; and are,
Signed by the Academic Registrar

For further information, please contact your School Office.

Once you have made your payment, confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address you registered for the eShop. Please forward the email receipt to your School Office and we will arrange for either to post it to you or for you to pick it up.  Please check their website for current opening times.

Please note that NO TRANSCRIPT CAN BE ISSUED to students who have outstanding balances on University accounts.  If you are not sure about your account status, please check with Income Collection before making payment.
