Description

All new users of the teaching lab are required to purchase approved PPE from the university’s eshop. Failure to comply will result in restricted access to the lab. Before making your purchase, follow these steps:

Create an Eshop Account:
This step is essential for tracking your purchases and ensuring compliance

Have trouble buying approved PPE? Make an appointment to see a member of the technical team.

PLEASE NOTE you must register your purchased items after the payment. Failure to do so will result in you not being issued the starter pack or replacement items. Access to the lab will always be strictly denied without PPE.

Pay replacement costs for lost, stolen or damaged locker contents for use in the SuperLab (PLEASE READ FULL DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING)

Labcoat

Price: £16.00
You can purchase a replacement lab coat if your lab coat gets damaged or is lost.

Replacement Goggles:

Price: £6.00
Description: Get replacement goggles if yours are no longer usable or lost.

Delivery:

No home delivery service.
Each student will receive a garment locker for up to four years after payment of the initial starter pack and registration.
The garment lockers may be digital padlocks or mechanical combination lockers.
Your PPE will be placed in an allocated garment locker, and details on how to access it will be sent via email.

Supplied with the locker is a lab coat, one pair of safety glasses and a plastic £1 token. It is your responsibility to ensure you put your locker supplies back in your locker.
