Replacement ID Card and Lanyard Request
This is where you pay for a replacement student ID card or Lanyard. If you have lost your student ID card or it is not working because it is damaged then you will still need to pay for a replacement.

If your card has been stolen and you can supply a Police Report with a Crime Reference Number to your School Office, we will issue a new card free of charge. (Remember to inform the Library to prevent someone else taking books out on your account.)
When you have completed this payment an email receipt will be sent to the email address you registered on the Eshop. Please forward the email receipt to your School Office and we will arrange for either to post it to you or for you to pick it up. Please note that we cannot post ID cards to an overseas address.

You do not need to supply a new photograph, as your new card will be a copy of the original card.
Refunds - Refunds will normally be given if you find your old ID card and inform your School Office within 2 weeks of making this payment. No refunds will be made after this period.
