You can collect your transcript order from your School Office.
A transcript is a document issued on behalf of the University which verifies the marks given to a student in respect of individual modules studied within a course. An original transcript is automatically issued to students (except those on short courses) at the end of your course without charge. Certified copies are identical to the original, however they are stamped by the issuing office.

The University can issue a replacement or additional transcript at a cost of £12 for the first copy and £2 for each additional copy in the same transaction (e.g. £14 for 2 copies). Please note students who are on short courses should contact us BEFORE PAYMENT.
If you would like to pay for more than one copy, please adjust the amount in 'Amount (£)' field, accordingly, BUT LEAVE THE 'QUANTITY' AT '1', to avoid being overcharged.

Once you have made your payment, confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address you registered for the eShop. Please forward the email receipt to your School Office and we will arrange for either to post it to you or for you to pick it up. Please check their website for current opening times.
Please note that NO TRANSCRIPT CAN BE ISSUED to students who have outstanding balances on University accounts. If you are not sure about your account status, please check with Income Collection before making payment.
