Certificate Requests

Collection Collection will be by appointment only, within the 2 week production period of the date the request is placed. Appointments can only be made between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday from the Tower building reception.
Post Your request will be automatically posted within the 2 week production period, by standard post (non-traceable), to the delivery address provided when you complete your order.
Please note that orders for collection will not be processed quicker than orders for post.

Certified Copies of Certificates (Post)

A certificate is a formal document issued on behalf of the University which verifies that a student has achieved a specific award. A certificate is automatically issued to all students (other than those on short courses) if they have obtained a final award. A certificate cannot be released if they do not have a final award. A certified copy of a certificate is a black and white photocopy (not colour) of the original document with an original authorised signature and stamp by the Senior Assistant Registrar.
