Detailed guide: Rhino laser cutting guide

Laser safe materials up to about 3mm thick are OK to cut on our machines, although it's worth checking this link to see what can and can't be cut:

***** Please note that student provided plywood and plastic for the laser cutter will now need to be accompanied by receipts as proof ensuring that they are laser compatible. Standard plywood containing MR glue is not possible to cut as it damages the laser and PVC plastic gives off very toxic gases *****
