Purchase Replacement Student ID Card (PLEASE READ FULL DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING)
This is how you pay for a replacement student ID card. If you have lost your student ID card or it is not working because it is damaged then you will need to pay for a replacement.
If your card has been stolen and you can supply a Police Report with a Crime Reference Number to a Student Hub, we will issue a new card free of charge. (Remember to inform the Library to prevent someone else taking books out on your account.)
When you have completed this payment an email receipt will be sent to the email address you registered on the Eshop. You must print it out and take to a Student Hub where a new card can be printed for you while you wait. You do not need to supply a new photograph, as your new card will be a copy of the original card.
Refunds - Refunds will normally be given if you find your old ID card and inform the Student Hub within 2 weeks of making this payment. No refunds will be made after this period.
