Pay processing fee for Health Checks - (PLEASE READ FULL DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING)
In order to assess your fitness to undertake your programme, you may be required to undergo a Health Check. You MUST contact the Admissions Office before purchasing as you might not require a Health Check for your application.
Please note this product is for Health Check only. If you would like to pay for a DBS Check, please see separate product.

Once you have made your payment, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you registered on the Eshop. Please print the receipt and show it to our staff in the Admissions Office (see map).
Please note: You must also complete 'Declaration of Health' Form to complete your Health Check request. Payment alone will not constitute a booking. If you do not have an Application Form, please contact the Admission Office to request one.
Unfortunately, NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN after your request have been processed, so please check the details before purchasing. In the unlikely event, we may have to refund and cancel your transaction if we are unable to process your request.
