The cost of the replacement is £12.00 (plus postage if applicable) and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

If your card has been stolen and you can supply a Police Report with a Crime Reference Number to the Alumni Office, we will issue a new card free of charge.

When you have completed this payment an electronic receipt will be sent to the email address you registered on the Eshop.  You must forward it to us, via email, with your photograph (address below), A new card will be produced and either sent to you (postage cost is £1.50) OR please make an appointment by telephone to come and collect your card.
